Kendal at Home combines three core elements -- care management, a healthy aging plan and care coverage, allowing Members to thrive in their retirement years with the peace of mind that their long-term needs will be met. Kendal at Home’s team of dedicated care coordinators are personally invested in their members’ well-being and are there to support them with the services they need as they age.

Dr. Yoleetah Ilodi
Dr. Yoleetah Ilodi
Yoleetah brings just under ten years of experience in geriatric medicine to her role as medical director at Kendal at Home. Prior to her current position she held positions as Director of Geriatric Medical Education and other supervisory roles at Summa Health Medical Group. She was voted resident of the year in 2011 and in 2017 was recognized with the Akron Urban League’s Women in Leadership Award.
Olivia Vieta
Olivia Vieta
Olivia Vieta is a passionate and results-driven professional with extensive experience in senior living sales, marketing, and customer relations.
Her journey in aging services began in high school, working in dining at Kendal at Oberlin—a foundation that sparked her commitment to serving older adults. Olivia holds a Master’s in Gerontology from the University of Southern California and has a proven track record of guiding seniors and their families through important housing and care decisions with both expertise and empathy.
In her role at Kendal at Home, Olivia plays a key part in supporting membership growth. She assists with marketing initiatives, lead generation, sales coordination, and ensures a seamless onboarding experience for new members. Her background in CRM management, event planning, and community engagement aligns seamlessly with our mission and values.
Olivia also brings regional leadership experience from the senior living sector, where she successfully implemented occupancy-building strategies and provided interim support across multiple communities. Wendy Fetters
Wendy Fetters
Wendy brings 30+ years of corporate sales experience in the hotel, food and distributor industry. She is married with two sons (grown and gone!), and Cincinnati born and raised.
She loves to travel, have unique food & wine experiences with friends, golf, and support the Bengals, Reds and Cincinnati teams.
She is excited that this next stage in her career allows her to make a bigger impact by helping vibrant and independent seniors keep living their best lives in their own home and community.
Stephanie Tewes
Stephanie Tewes
Stephanie joins Kendal at Home to follow her passion for working with and advocating for older adults. A few short months after having earned her degree as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), Stephanie was promoted to the role of Director of Therapy Services in a Skilled Nursing Facilty.
She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in working with individuals from 17-100 years of age with both physical and cognitive challenges. She enjoys building relationships with those she serves and is passionate about advocating for and implementing resources to help Members achieve their goals and maintain their independence. Stephanie and her husband are kept busy with their two young sons and pitching in to help run the family’s poultry farm.
In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys reading and interior design/renovations.
