  • To provide high quality health care programs which offer a full continuum of services
  • To assist members in maintaining independent lives in their home
  • To employ a financial design which assures affordability, security and serves our social objectives
  • To foster a high quality work experience for staff members
  • To pursue excellence in management and governance

  • To take responsibility in the larger community
  • To provide leadership in the field of care for the aging and take an active role in aging issues

Quaker Beliefs continue to shape the way in which our services are provided. At Kendal at Home, we:

  • Respect the dignity of each individual
  • Involve participants in decisions about their lives
  • Support mutal respect among staff, members and families

  • Provide nursing care not dependent on the use of restraints
  • Involve employees in broad areas of decision-making
  • Operate under boards that use Quaker processes
  • Manage finances prudently as not-for-profit organizations
