Beth Korth

Beth is a Senior Financial Planner at Key Bank.  Prior to that, she was a personal financial planner with National City Bank (now a part of PNC) in Cleveland. She earned her B.B.A. in Accounting from Cleveland State University (cum laude) and holds her CFP® and CPA designations. As a personal financial planner she assists clients in evaluating their goals with respect to retirement, estate, executive compensation, education and income tax planning. Prior to National City Bank Beth was a financial planner with McDonald Financial Group (a division of KeyCorp), a Wealth Management Consultant with Gries Financial LLC (a regional investment management firm) and a Tax Specialist with KPMG LLC.

She also serves on the board of directors for the Estate Planning Council (EPC) of Cleveland, is the Chair of the EPC programming committee for the 2009/2010 programming year and chaired the EPC membership committee from 2003 until 2009. While acting as the Chair of the membership committee she was involved with the development of a scholarship program sponsored by the EPC, as well as expanding overall membership through various campaigns and events. In addition, she has participated in panel discussions for the Ohio Society of CPAs with respect to CPAs practicing as financial planners, as well as volunteered for some of their various student financial literacy programs.
